If you're looking for a wedding dress this is definitely the place to come! A previous friend of mine had gone to David's bridal in mobile and had a horrible experience and I went to the same place hoping for a different experience but sadly it was horrible too. So I was skeptical about looking at the Hattiesburg location but to my surprise it was amazing. Me and my mother had a whole day planned out of places to go and David's bridal was our first stop. We got paired with Brandy to help us and she was absolutely amazing. I told her what I wanted and she pulled dresses exactly for me. And the second dress I tried on I said yes too! It was like it was made for me! She was amazing and so nice and her bell ceremony was definitely a very special moment. She helped make this an amazing and stress free day for me and we are grateful for her and this David's bridal. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. read more

I recently purchased a dress at the New Orleans location and after two days I realized I didn't absolutely love the dress like another dress I had tried on. Unfortunately the dress I loved more was three times the amount of the dress I had bought. After talking with my family, we decided to go with the dress I had my "bridal moment" in. We quickly called Hattiesburg and explained the situation and they invited us up the same afternoon. Their manager Channing effortlessly did a refund and ordered the new dress for me. Her professionalism was truly impressive and she handled a tricky situation with ease. Then they worked us in for a bridesmaid fitting and this was at 8PM when they close at 9! Stylist Rosalyn treated my best friend like a princess and she selected such a beautiful dress that I actually changed my colors of my wedding to match this elegant satin gown! They even stayed open past their 9pm closing time to complete our orders and constantly reminded us that it was no problem. And after we left they called us to double check an order number! Any bride on the MS Gulf Coast who feels like her options are limited should definitely make an appointment with this David's Bridal because she will not be disappointed! read more

We easily got the correct dress for a bridesmaid. It came in more quickly than expected. We live 1.5 hours away. I called and made an appointment to have the dress fitted. When we came for the appointment we were told they didn't do pinning on the day and we would have to make another appointment. I would recommend this David's Bridal only a f you live close by, have no fitting issues, and a very open schedule. read more

They suck! The people are rude and not very knowledgeable of the products.

The manager is extremely rude. I suppose she expects all brides to be bridezilla but my sister and I gave her no reason to be so unkind. Other staff members even seemed confused by her behavior. I've seen and heard so many bad reviews on David's Bridal. It made me very skeptical but I made an appointment anyway. I'm so very glad I did. The staff was GREAT. My stylist was awesome. I told her the look I wanted and the 2nd dress I tried on was stunning. It was also very reasonably priced. They have kept in touch reminding me of important dates and letting me know when I was running out of time to make orders for various things. I'm so glad I went to David's Bridal.
