During our 2nd call Brandon insisted that I had to come into the store to see what wheels that have because he wouldn't know what I like, however I tried explaining to Brandon that he could just email me pictures of the 5 wheel types that they have in stock instead of me driving 45 minutes there and back to make a selection. He refused to send pictures, therefore he lost out on a sale for a set of tires and wheels.
