Liz is patient, encouraging, and keeps my daughter motivated and on track with her progress. What we appreciate most is how she also helps guide us as parents so we know how to support our daughter's practice and learning at home. It really feels like she's invested in her success. We're very grateful for Teacher Liz and the positive learning environment she creates. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a supportive and skilled piano teacher!

I called them back later that day and the next day, the manager did not bother to get on the phone with me but was relaying messages to Megan on the phone. They assured me they would be calling me back. The next day. I received a text message letting me know it would be six more weeks and the manager would update me. I had yet to talk to a manager or receive an apology. I texted back that it was unacceptable since they already had it 6 weeks and they lost it. They said they would try to get it done as soon as possible. Two weeks later I was informed the manager would be picking up the instrument and would contact me. A week later Gabe contacted me and was very apologetic for the situation. This was the first apology that I had received. Gabe is the reason this review got one star. He went above and beyond to apologize, communicate and called me more than once. I did get the instrument back. However, when I went to go pick it up, Megan acted like she did not want to help me or recognize that I was in the store. I paid over $300 to have the instrument fixed and my daughter informed me not all the pads were replaced. Very disappointed in this music store and the customer service received. I will be using a different music store in the future

With his help, I was able to hit notes that I thought I'd never be able to reach. Robert is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about singing, and his science-based teaching approach is truly impressive. He doesn't just teach you how to sing, he helps you understand the science behind it. This has allowed me to have a better understanding of how my voice works and how to improve it effectively. I always thought that either you were born with singing great or not, but he has shown that much like a physical workout for your muscles, the voice works in similar ways - you CAN be a better singer. He has a unique ability to identify exactly what you need to work on and provide clear, concise instructions on how to improve. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced singer, Robert will work with you to help you achieve your singing goals. Not only is Robert an excellent singing teacher, but he is also a wonderful person who genuinely cares about his students. He creates a supportive and encouraging environment that makes you feel comfortable and confident, even if you're nervous about singing in front of others. Robert is the best singing teacher I've worked with - and trust me, I've even worked with other teachers who have performed in Carnegie Hall. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone who is looking to improve their singing skills. He is a talented and caring teacher who has helped me achieve my goals, and his science-based teaching approach sets him apart from other singing teachers. He also has many different methods of learning available - private lessons, group lessons via The Vocal Gym, his online Learn Vocal Harmony channel on YouTube, and Instagram and Tiktok as rleevoice. I started off with a free trial of The Vocal Gym and loved it! I'm now a full time member and also regularly follow his tips and lesson on his social media channels.

His passion is in helping vocalists go from zero to one, so if you're at all nervous about getting started - he's your guy! I had never taken lessons before meeting Robert and was actually inspired to start studying with him because my son Ben was working with him and I was jealous! It was a privilege to watch Robert teach Ben for a few months before I started working with him directly. For me, I had been studying music for many many years - piano, guitar, and some singing in theater. Robert opened up a new world of capability and confidence in singing that I've never had before. His gentle approach and very capable singing tactics have helped me realize that singing can as joyful as I'd like it to be - I feel comfortable singing around anyone and also continuing to work on my singing as a life practice. Singing work is body work, so be prepared to consider your whole body and breath and understand the connection between those and your voice. Robert showed me there is so much to learn about the body and singing...and it has been transformational. I've recommended Robert to many friends for voice lessons - if you have the opportunity to work with Robert, go for it!
