He was super kind, and professional. I was charged $40 due to it being a Sunday. He said that because he was trying something different on me, if I didn't like it and wanted it a bit shorter, I could come back within 48 hours and get it cut again at no extra charge. I thought was a great policy, I didn't think I would need to use it but my sister wanted my hair shorter for the Summer so I went back the next day after work and saw another man called Gio. Gio did an awesome job, shaved my sides down and got it a lot shorter like my sister wanted, it looked awesome as well as the first haircut. Gio did 10/10 job on the second haircut, attention to detail was perfect. Even put some wax in my hair and a hot towel for my face. Definitely coming back here.

Comfortable hairdressing chairs to sit in, and for those of you having a wash, Ben's wash basin is super comfortable too, supporting your head well and keeping pressure off your neck, which can be uncomfortable. Ben is super friendly, and very knowledgeable in all things hair related. You can show him photos of what you'd like, or explain it to him, and he will read your hair "qualities" and tell you if he thinks it would look good on you. I've had two completely differently styled haircuts from him, both excellent!

Not so at Precision Cuts, which I've discovered is an oasis of London-trained stylists who have been secretly - at least to me! - occupying space in my leafy suburb and literally turning heads with their work. Beard trims are also cheap and quick here. They don't do cutthroat shaves or things like that, but it's not really necessary. Plus, they won't try to screw you over with products you won't use, but if you need them, they do have them available. Cons: Parking sucks because it's a busy area, but there's plenty of public transport nearby and a carpark a block away if you're set on driving in. Overall: I've been getting my hair cut here for a couple of years now and everyone seems happy to come back.
