Great guy, totally dependable, trustworthy, presentable (lol) can talk to anyone about anything, well spoken, very smart, a joy to work with, works FAST, so I suggested he not charge by the hour!! He just gets it done, period. He's been managing my Air b and b Property while I've been away, inside and out, and dealing with the clients. I don't have one single worry with him there. It's all taken care of, right down to watering the plant in the corner, or finding a dangerous slippery stone or something or other on the path. Always on time or early, and often swings by just to check on me when I'm home. Cannot recommend him more highly!
