We presented him with a challenging job: he took care of some very rough wood beam ceilings and uneven plaster & lathe walls and made them look smooth and fresh. He did this under Justin's supervision and when it all went to hell (the job is still half done) Justin walked away with all the remaining money, provided no receipts, and ceased to communicate. Justin let a crook ruin my building (while he was collecting 15% on top of the subcontractor's wage) and then after letting things go terribly wrong he was not not man, or businessman, enough to make things right. I wouldn't trust him to paint a doghouse and if I did I would NOT give him money up front.

He said he would do the work the next morning and call when he was on his way. The next day, Friday, he didn't call, didn't show up, and would not answer his phone. I received a call on Saturday saying he couldn't get to me until the following week.
