I sent an appointment request through their website and received a call back from James within the hour. He was patient with me as I attempted to explain the issue that I was having with my water pressure tank, and he walked me through where to find the information that he needed on my tank and control box. I knew that I needed to replace my water pressure tank, so I wanted to get a quote for a replacement as well as a larger tank. After sending photos of my tank to him, he provided an estimate to my email which also included replacing the pressure switch and control box. He suggested that those items be replaced as well since they tend to go bad quickly. I appreciated his advice and experience which helped me make an informed decision, as I didn't want to have to call them again a few months later to replace those items. I was relieved to hear that they had the parts in stock and could get me scheduled for the repair the next day. Jacob and Ryan came out to do the installation and completed everything as expected. Jacob also took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the work that they did. He was very professional and gave me peace of mind. The new tank comes with a 7 year warranty, and 30 days for parts and labor. I was also able to pay securely online through a quickbooks link that was sent to my email. They didn't charge a "convenience fee" that other companies charge you if you aren't paying by cash or check, so that was also nice to see. Overall, I would recommend Tampa Well Drilling for your well drilling and servicing needs. I will certainly use them again should I have another issue with my well system, but hopefully it isn't any time soon!

I had to pay for the same service 2x. Richard Warner, Anytime Pump and Well Service owes me $375. Horrible experience horrible company. Don't believe the glowing reviews on Google. 23 December 2020 I…read morecontacted Rogers Well Drilling today to come out and take a look at my well specifically my pressure switch. They were out at my house to diagnose the problem within a few hours and replaced it. While looking at my system they diagnosed the water tank as needing replaced. I had already been looking at replacing it. They got my system running and told me that they will be back with a new tank. They came back later tonight and worked until about 8 30 pm just to get my house fully fixed for the holidays. I just moved down here with my wife and didn't know anyone. So I'm glad I found a Great well company to work on my house. I would highly recommend Rogers to anyone that needs well assistance!
