23 December 2020 I…read morecontacted Rogers Well Drilling today to come out and take a look at my well specifically my pressure switch. They were out at my house to diagnose the problem within a few hours and replaced it. While looking at my system they diagnosed the water tank as needing replaced. I had already been looking at replacing it. They got my system running and told me that they will be back with a new tank. They came back later tonight and worked until about 8 30 pm just to get my house fully fixed for the holidays. I just moved down here with my wife and didn't know anyone. So I'm glad I found a Great well company to work on my house. I would highly recommend Rogers to anyone that needs well assistance!

I told the technician I was not interested in moving forward, then the company had the audacity to call me, again an AI robot, to try to schedule the service.

When the plumber, Richie, returned to review his work a week later, he argued with us and said the water was hot. I told him that's not what our complaint was - the temperature wasn't consistent. When we asked him to re-install the previous unit, he said he couldn't because he had thrown it away in the trash. The previous Reem water heater of ours was working just fine. We were just downgrading to a smaller unit. We sent a complaint to the office almost 2 weeks ago but no one has ever called, texted or emailed us back. Absolutely an unreputable company! I can't believe they have so many good reviews when we definitely received the worst service possible. Update: I don't think it's wise for any business to publicly give an "excuse" why they did something that a customer is unhappy about, and rightfully so. Their plumber was told from the start that our current/previous tankless water heater was working just fine. Why would anyone throw away a unit that's working fine? After speaking with Lucy today, I was also asked to revise my review here if they provide a new service that is satisfactory. My husband and I run a small business and we've never asked a customer to revise their online review. It is always the customer's choice to do that on their own. A company's response to a negative review always shows how they truly operate.
