The owners were carry over employees from Airstream of Oklahoma when Airstream of OK and Camping World merged. They were invaluable assets at Camping World and the only reason I drove from Tulsa to OKC to have my Airstreams serviced by them. They had the ability to prioritize Airstream service requests over other RV's, so this was huge for me to get faster service than the standard 2+ weeks quoted by the service dept of CW. I have CW a chance to service my Airstream once they had left, but that service dept is a shell of itself once the Airstream team left, and I will never step foot in a CW again. I'm so glad they made this move. Kristin and Charlie know their Airstreams and all other makes and models too. But Airstream is their thing. You can tell this is where their passion is. Everything they undertake is done with the utmost professionalism and care. They can get you out and back on the road and enjoying your rig faster than anyone else out there and worth it for me to drive 100 miles one way to have mine serviced by them. I highly recommend. Things just went cold when I said no to a ridiculous amount of warranties. And paid cashiers check. He didn't just lay sealant on the old sealant; he removed the worn and cracked old original sealant and put new down. I can rest assured that this will last at least 8 years. My vehicle had several options, so I was asked to bring it by to ensure the proper equipment was ordered. Got there early and was done in 10 minutes. The proper hitch was ordered and arrived the following day. The next business day I dropped the vehicle off and it was done that afternoon. Sometimes I think people create their own drama and their attitudes lead to problems. I had no issues with J&I and would absolutely recommend them to others.
