This Oklahoma City East location is a joke. We bought a 5th wheel om June 30th. Our salesman, Fermin, said "everything works" on this RV and he could have it delivered the next day. They didn't deliver it until 4 days later and the battery was dead so we couldn't have a walk-through to show that 'everything worked." I had to make a 50-mile round trip to get a new battery before I could check the RV out. Turns out that the auto-level feature did not work and the rear jacks were completely destroyed, apparently in a collision with something. The service rep later told me that there were pictures of the broken jacks in the service file, but they delivered it to us anyway without disclosing the problem. We called to have the RV taken back for repairs and they did take it back but kept it until Sept 8th, 9 weeks later! It cost us thousands of dollars in hotels and BnB costs since we couldn't stay in our RV! In the meantime, they sent me emails to monitor the service progress, but the link to the website never worked. In all this time, they never called me once - I had to call to get a progress update every week. After repairs were made, they promised to deliver it on a Monday, but didn't actually show up until Tuesday. When they did finally deliver it, 1 propane tank was missing and the other tank was empty. The never fixed the auto-level feature but I was able to manually level the unit. The bed had an upright position so you could sit up in bed to read a book. It was stuck in the upright position, but the service department couldn't figure out how to fix it. We finally told them to just disable it and lay the bed down flat. Before they delivered the RV I purchased a sanitary connection on their website and asked the service rep to have it placed in the outside compartment. Of course, the didn't do it so we had another 50-mile round trip to pick it up. So we paid for a fully operational RV but got a very deficient RV with a much lower resale value than what we paid for. Do not trust these people!

T6 tracked it down AND were at my RV in hours (compared to months). The propane issue is a lot more complicated than the one part that was recalled, so they made a follow-up appointment immediately while troubleshooting and validating what is happening to narrow down what is more likely than not the cause and being transparent about the entire process. You will feel cared for because they actually do care. If you need anything big or small, call them.

I had my motorhome in for a few maintenance items, left with my "jacks down" beeper binging which it did for the 10 hrs to our next location. I asked to have propane filled .. it was not. A couple other things I asked to have checked were not. My confidence in the maintenance that was done is low. Very disappointing experience.
