They said they couldn't find my dentist when I gave them ALL the info to call him and get the referral. Lazy and incompetent.

I received a call telling me they had an appointment at 9:45 AM. I called and cancelled and rearranged my work for today. When I called them to tell them I had things arranged they informed me that they gave the appointment to someone else. I guess my time and money mean nothing to this office. they said they only give anyone 10 minutes to respond. I was in a meeting so 10 minutes does not give anyone time to respond . I like their work but evidently their time is more important than mine. I do not feel like they care about my situation when they handle things like this. You may want to consider someone else for tooth problems. I just don't want someone else to go through what I just went through when they really need help. They have done a lot of good work for me in the past. I just don't like being treated like this. I read other reviews and they stayed late for people etc. I just don't know why I was treated like this
