Shortly after I had my baby, I was due for a cleaning and as a single mom, I pretty much have to bring my son along to everything, or not do it. Emily offered to watch him while I got my cleaning done! It was SO sweet, and I was blown away. I have made sure they will accept my sons insurance so that when he is of age, I will bring him here as well! We used to live about 5 minutes away but moved closer to Salt Lake City, but my entire family still comes here because of the amazing service. The parking lot sometimes can be a pain to get into with how crazy 1800 North can get, but it's definitely worth it!

They told me they had one person that had not confirmed their appointment for the next day and that I could have that appointment if they did not confirm. I received a call telling me they had an appointment at 9:45 AM. I called and cancelled and rearranged my work for today. When I called them to tell them I had things arranged they informed me that they gave the appointment to someone else. I guess my time and money mean nothing to this office. they said they only give anyone 10 minutes to respond. I was in a meeting so 10 minutes does not give anyone time to respond . I like their work but evidently their time is more important than mine. I do not feel like they care about my situation when they handle things like this. You may want to consider someone else for tooth problems. I just don't want someone else to go through what I just went through when they really need help. They have done a lot of good work for me in the past. I just don't like being treated like this. I read other reviews and they stayed late for people etc. I just don't know why I was treated like this

The crown went in perfectly, and then I told him that I had a slight problem on the left side down by my wisdom tooth and it chipped off. Instead of costing me a lot of money he said let's see if we can fill this. And he was able to fill that chipped portion with a substance that is so strong looks exactly like my tooth. Amazing what they have today. When everything was all done he asked me how my bite was and I said it is perfect. It feels great so he polished everything up and I was out of there. not all dentist are equal, I am so happy I found Dr. Affleck and he is not only a perfectionist, but he is a specialist and a thank you also for the ladies in the office appreciate y'all

I'm beyond upset. My three children had an appointment with Dr. Palmer. I took them all and had…read morethem wear face masks. We went in after filling out the forms in our vehicle, had our temperatures checked and we were all normal. We were about to go back and be seen one at a time. However, when the receptionist came back after talking to the dentist I was told that since I can't wear a face mask due to a severe medical condition I had to wait with my other two children in the lobby. Are you kidding me? My young children were to be seen, alone in a room with a man they've never met, where I can't protect them? I don't think so! I understand there are regulations due to covid but to be discriminated against because I cannot wear a mask and put my children at risk is beyond acceptable. We were the only ones in the office because of the policy that states only one patient can be seen in the office at a time. They even had the audacity to ask me when I scheduled the appointment to leave my other children in the car, even knowing how young they are! That's against the law in Utah last time I checked! They recommended that I find a pedodontist who could maybe work with me but I'm guessing I'll again be discriminated against and not be allowed in with my very young children.
