Our experience with Davidson Property Management was awful…read more We had them rent our house for us after we moved from the area. We replaced all of the carpet prior to our renters moving in, we had the entire house professionally painted and everything was in perfect working order. Our tenants moved out in March 2021 and the move out pictures Laura sent us were horrible, blurry you couldn't tell anything from them. She tells us we need to replace a few light bulbs and one slat of one blind and everything else is great. She does this and refunds the renters their deposit! We put the house on the market to sell, our agent said we may have an issue because the house is not in great shape but it's a sellers market so we will see what happens. We finally get the pictures from the inspection done by the buyers and the house is horrible. The carpet is ruined (after only 3 years), the renters dogs have destroyed the baseboards as well as the back door. The back yard was dug up and destroyed by their dogs. There were so many other things but bottom line is never use them! They will only care about their 10% and not your house.

And, although I do not…read morelike to express negativity for businesses and their owners, I am going to use this Yelping forum to share my thoughts about May Management and their not so sparkly business dealings so far within our community. I haven't seen any positive influence from May Management. Currently our neighborhood provides this company thousands of dollars to handle what exactly? Association Dues? A local community board member could handle this same kind of administrative rigmarole. Seems like a waste of money to me, but I am not versed in all of the nuances of property legal matters. What has really recently infuriated me was an email sent out regarding a specific neighbor to all 800 or so members of our community. I know the thought process behind the public outreach, but do not understand why other members of our community that have had the same situation did not get the same humiliating scrutiny... Perhaps because that particular community member had challenged some of the traditional thinking regarding the politics within our communitys association and board?...Coincidently fishy as our association board and May Management work so closely together, but I cannot say, but it seems like bad business indeed. Additionally, the one and only time I needed assistance from our May Management property manager, he did not provide any immediate action or insight. Again, why is our community paying for this kind of service???? Not impressed with May Management at all.
