Our filing appointment was so simple and they were knowledgeable on every step and had answers to every question we had. At no fault to them, our tax return got delayed and we got a letter from the IRS saying we were only getting a portion of our refund. I called Dallas and he spent 1+ hours with me on the phone with the IRS getting it sorted out. Long story short we got it resolved and I couldn't have done it without him! (I don't speak taxes). We liked that he has been in the business for approximately 40 years and that he could answer questions dealing with small businesses and real estate (he is also the president of Capital Assets Financial, a mortgage lending company). Rob was very professional and pleasant to work with. I was very satisfied with the way he went through the tax preparation with us and made sure that we knew what he was doing and why, giving us useful information along the way. He spent as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions; and, despite the fact that we were there longer than anticipated, we never felt rushed or pushed out the door.
