Unimpressed. Customer service is not a priority. Since the woman dealing with our house buying seemed inconvened by our existence despite the fees we will be paying. She went through several men's names aimed at my husband which were incorrect before getting it right, called me by the wrong name. Despite not keeping us well or even informed of any progress, couldn't find an email that's she has "supposedly" sent which was vital towards the whole process.
She Was just as rude in person as she seemed over emails. Having been assured we would move into the new house before we have our baby (in less than a month) she seemed very unconcerned of any deadlines or urgency in the matter. Sadly this firm was recommend to us, and I'd say, run a mile, the personal service is terrible, the whole thing is slow, lacks urgency, when we do ask for information we get a vibe of a rude reply.
