My wife drove from Weslaco to McAllen on Friday afternoon hours before we are scheduled to leave to SPI for my birthday weekend. She paid for spray tan only for the machine not to work. She left and said she would return at 6pm. Before she drove back to McAllen for a 2nd time, she called to confirm the machine was now operational. Receptionist relayed message that everything was good to go. So my wife drove once again to McAllen for a 2nd time that day in traffic only to arrive and no spray tanning adhesive shoes available!!!! Anyone who spray tans knows without the adhesive shoes your feet will be orange for weeks! She kindly gathered her things and left. DO NOT TAN AT THIS BUSINESS! They didn't even offer her a refund. Terrible Business!!!!

I followed all the instructions exactly as they were given to me and ended up with a splotchy tan, especially on my stomach. First off, I was misled to believe that the Medium shade would even out my paler stomach with my already tan arms. It was the biggest concern I had, but the person working here assured me it would even out, no problem. It, of course, did not. I still have a fairly pale stomach (Medium was clearly not dark enough, even though that's what was recommended to me), and I still have tan lines on my upper chest. What's worse, the spray did not come out evenly on my stomach. I have a tan/orange line down my chest, then big patches of untouched pale skin on my upper stomach and splotches of tan/orange on my lower stomach. Again, I followed all instructions while in the booth and afterward. I didn't sweat after, and I had shaved and exfoliated before with no creams or lotions. I'm overall very disappointed in the Mystic Spray Tan. Go somewhere with custom spray technicians or buy a cream and do it yourself.

Dental assistants who take my vitals, x-rays & dental hygienists give excellent patient care. BUT, when the dentist VICTOR LOSHKAREV comes in, examines my mouth, tells me everything looks good.. he would proceed to say my name again & again touches, massages, runs his hands up and down my neck, shoulders & upper arm. He did this everything I go there. The 1st time he did it, I thought to myself '' this is weird'' - it's like someone violating my body & my personal space. 2nd & 3rd time, it was him again, I though there were other dentists there. Finally I told my husband about it. He advised me to do a review, to let other women / people know.. if there's anyone who had the same experience. The reason I came to this place is because I see that commercial late at night and figured I would give it a try since it's near my home. For me it is important that a office is maintained and that the front desk are friendly. Also, that the DDS makes me feel comfortable and safe. The front desk don't greet and don't say "thank you..." The room I was in had a water leak stain on the ceiling and a light fixture was a bit dangling. The trim of the door was rotten. When the DDS came in, his handshake was soft, LIMP. He doesn't look into the eyes and seems to be bothered by questions. He was probably in the room for under two minutes. The assistant (a sweet young girl) gave me the treatment plan and expressed that the DDS takes about 15 minutes for a root canal. NO THANK YOU. I ended up going to a SPECIALIST (endodontist) for those treatments. For this reason I give this place a low rating.
