I did not use their lack of covid protocols in my review score because many people don't mind but: **For imunocompromised people or people concerned about covid** I really got the impression they don't take COVID seriously at all. They have really antiquated covid information posted in the waiting room from over 2 years ago, all of which were telling you cherry picked information that was actually not true for the situation and was the opposite of CDC recommendations. One was about exercising with a mask I guess as an excuse for why they're not masked the other was about latex gloves which I guess is why they didn't wear latex gloves even though every medical professional knows about universal standard precautions. Now for the bad stuff: I did not feel like they took my pain level seriously.
