Front of the House- They have clearly put much thought into the process, and they have it down to a science. I rarely wait for more that a few minutes after the appointed time. Their computer system is top notch, so the paperwork is kept to a minimum. Exam Room- A young lady follows me in with a laptop and completes the intake process. They are unfailingly pleasant and efficient. They stick around during your exam and handle the computer stuff. The Exam- My needs are usually routine, so I normally see a PA and her name is Julie. She is a bundle if highly efficient energy and I love her to death! I love that their process ensures that you see the same PA every time, so you build a relationship. Check out and Billing- In a word, seamless! I've never had a problem. Most folks walking into a Dermatologist in Florida are worried about skin cancer, and that's me. I did not use their lack of covid protocols in my review score because many people don't mind but: **For imunocompromised people or people concerned about covid** I really got the impression they don't take COVID seriously at all. They have really antiquated covid information posted in the waiting room from over 2 years ago, all of which were telling you cherry picked information that was actually not true for the situation and was the opposite of CDC recommendations. One was about exercising with a mask I guess as an excuse for why they're not masked the other was about latex gloves which I guess is why they didn't wear latex gloves even though every medical professional knows about universal standard precautions. Now for the bad stuff: I did not feel like they took my pain level seriously. I explained that without the 2 over the counter pain meds and three prescription medicines that I am on that my pain level is at a nine out of ten.
