If I could leave 0 stars I would…read more Tom is smooth talking mouth piece of a man. Day 1: (Tuesday ) Messes up drywall delivery. "Gets late start" around about 11 and has to pick up drywall himself. ok fine; things happen, I get it. Although, he only delivers drywall, doesnt do any hanging. Day 2, (Wednesday) Shows up around 1030; works til 3 maybe. Gets 3 of 4 walls hung. I check in, "Tom are you gonna be able to get this done on YOUR TIMELINE by Friday after noon? "oh yeah I have 90 min mud, it will go real quick!" don't worry! "ok, you're the professional" Day 3:(Thursday) Tom shows up around 1130, finishes hanging, begins mudding. Again my husband and I both ask if he is going to meet this deadline, he reassured us 100%. DAY 4 (Friday) Tom doesn't show up until 12:30, technically he is passed his own deadline upon arrival. I call Tom and let him know that he has until 5 pm to finish the job (because I already know he isn't going to) and whatever remains, my husband and I will finish. Keep in mind, he has access to my house from 6 am to 5 pm every day. He chose to mismanage his time, and ultimately DID NOT MEET SAID DEADLINE. At 5 pm he texted my husband to do a walkthrough bc I "kicked him out" at the 5 pm deadline, to which neither my husband or I were available at that time. Tom told us there would be about 3 hours of work left. (LIE, it's more like a whole work day, if you are actually providing a professional grade service) He did bill us back 3 hours for his "unmet" deadline; however we didn't realize just how much work there actually was. We have poorly cut drywall, screws popping out due to his "professional judgement" of using FINE THREAD drywall screws. There are clear gaps between drywall and studs that my husband had to apply more screws to actually secure the wall. HE CUT AN ELECTRICAL WIRE AND DIDNT TELL US; when we found it and texted him a picture (After we had already PAID IN FULL) and he didn't even respond. He tries to come off super personable and friendly, and like a real go getter, and even slightly knowledgeable; BUT anyone with a bullshit detector can see right past this fake demeanor. He also left all the cut drywall pieces for us to clean up, SUPER PROFESSIONAL. We ended up paying this man $2000 for him to bullshit his way through the job, and we are very unhappy with his customer service as well as his marketed "expertise" in his field. All in all, DUDE IS A FUCKING ASSHOLE. If you don't want to get ripped off, and then deal with his LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM for his own business and trade, avoid this guy. He was nothing but a headache. Beware of this guy! He's very confrontational, hot-headed and dishonest. You will think you're…read moregetting a deal until you see the results; quick and dirty. If you're not happy, he'll either blame it on you or he'll "promise" to come back and fix but never will. He'll just keep blowing you off until you give up and the second you confront him about it, he goes crazy and tells you to f-off. Like all con artists, he'll promise the moon and take your money with no intention of delivering. Don't hire this guy, you'll regret it!

They came and repaired my garage that a huge tree fell on. The extend of work done was a lot more…read moreintense than I thought. They did a lot of work and saved me a lot of money. Even had them clean my gutters. They sent pics of work in progress. They also repaired some of my house roof that was also damaged. They were prompt, professional and left with everything clean. Will be using them again when needed. Renee the owner explains everything throughly and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!

Took me awhile to write this due to the experience being so awful I have a hard time talking about…read moreit. The man in charge, Renee did not honor his estimate. I called him 2-3 weeks after the 1st contractor got sick and Renee seemed little upset that I had not gone w him in the 1st place and knew I was under a strict deadline from home owners association, so he raised the price 1200. I had no time to find another contractor. I have never seen a contractor that would not honor his estimate if it is accepted within 30 days. He brought the contract to my home, asked for 1/2 in cash upfront even though I had already supplied the materials. I said no. Once they got on the roof, everything became a nitpicks with exaggerated costs. $80 EACH in labor costs simply to lay plywood sheets. After I complained, he said, "ok I do $40 but I have to rewrite contract w no warranty because your not going to do what I say". He provided a certificate of insurance but I called there and they said, "He may not have a license. You can have business ins without a license" and I searched WI Credential Holder Inquiry website and neither his business nor his name appear. He also liked to days off and quit early. He would come down and talk about how he was a man of faith and talk about the good deeds he has done for people and then go up to find another problem to charge me for. Then wink at me from the roof saying, "I take care of you". He laid my underlayment in the rain. My husband was standing under the awning & overheard him say "5000 not enough!! 5000 not enough!! Anybody w truck like that has money!!". So his bill was nearly 8000 in cash for a tear off on a small 864sq ft single story home w simple design and he eliminated my warranty. Then he had audacity to show up to get final cash payment in a new white truck. I will say however, that his son is a hard worker and cleaned everything up. It is Renee that deceives you w his pleasantries which are really nothing more than a way to hook you & then drive up costs with nitpicky, exaggerated & manufactured claims to inflate costs on your roof. Beware!

By far, the best workmanship I have ever seen. Very detailed installation. We had a Bay window…read moreinstalled that went perfectly. It looks like was built in when home was built. We also had all other windows and a door replaced. Pricing was right on, and lower then two other "window" replacement quotes. They have been in business a long time and installers know what and how to do a quality job. We HIGHLY recommend their services.
