I hired Timothy Jasper to add to my existing legal team. I asked Timothy to wait till the appeal judgement was issued. After I gave him my $10,000 retainer, he continued to charge me monthly amounts for little or no work. When the time came for action, he continually "promised" to call me at specific times, but failed to call every time. His level of professionalism is very low. He charged me 80% of my retainer for doing nothing but keeping me waiting for hours and days while he blows me off of agreed appointment times. Do NOT hire him as your attorney. Absolutely awful attorneys. I first contacted Andrew Engle on a referral from a close friend. He did absolutely nothing. He was not easy to get a hold of. He would say he'd call then wouldn't. I was then dumped off on a partner at the firm. First call went fine. Then nothing. My case was extremely time sensitive and I never heard anything. Only after multiple emails did they contact me and each time it was basically to tell me that my case would be costly and they tried to steer me away from going back to court. When it comes to the safety and well being of my son, I do not care about the expense. When I told them I no longer wanted to move forward with them they only refunded me $200.00. I never even received an invoice!! When I questioned this, suddenly a "fake" invoice appears in my email. They are a joke. DO NOT HIRE THESE ATTORNEYS! They swindled $1200.00 from me.
