I bought a vehicle 1,000 miles from my home relying on the car dealer's assurances that it was like new. When the vehicle arrived at my home I immediately noticed several serious flaws. I called the dealer and they were unwilling to accept the vehicle back under any circumstance. I purchased a 2017 certified pre-owned car from a dealer in Chicago suburbs. Never having the need to consult a law firm before to defend ourselves in a small business/family dispute it was VERY overwhelming.
