Called their emergency service number this morning between 6-7am and besides the fact that there was no answer for 25 minutes and kept getting disconnected. When we finally got someone to answer an extremely RUDE woman answered the phone. We needed service for the boiler ASAP because we have a 4 month old in the house and the response we got was they are only going out for contracts. So when we asked if there is anyone else they could recommend to help she responses with "yea I don't know what to tell you, you'll have to figure it out yourself" then hung up on us. You don't want take the service call because we're not under contract, fine but here is no reason to be rude and unhelpful to your loyal customers when we are asking for help. We have small children in the house, we needed your service. It shows the Caliber of people that company is willing to hire. I will make sure to go out of my way to tell people to never use bay fuel and to find their oil services elsewhere. If I could give you a zero star, I would . IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER. Being a Saturday, not many shops were open. I used Yelp, and found this place. Not only were the reviews great, but they were open! My fiancé called, explained his current issue and the lovely gentleman on the phone took his name and told him to bring it in! He brought his car in and they told him they probably won't be able to get to it today due to closing in a few hours, but would try and then with the incoming storm it would probably be Tuesday. Not a problem at all! After I picked him up after he dropped his car off he said the gentleman behind the counter was very nice! Fast forward to Tuesday morning (due to the storm, didn't open Monday) they told him they couldn't find anything wrong or a reason for the smoke/steam. They stated they looked it over, drove it, had it run and still couldn't find anything. They also repaired another issue that a previous mechanic quoted him over $2k to fix for about $500. My fiancé was and is very happy with the service he received on his car. He stated he will now bring both of our cars here for all of our car needs!

I asked Mark, the owner, where the name Pinky's came from. He explained that they are a female friendly establishment!! They explain, in detail, the cars problem, cost, make recommendations BEFORE any work is done! I greatly appreciate that because I have been taken advantage of way too many times in the past by dishonest mechanics! Also, they just like the color pink so the name stuck, voila!! My brakes needed repair and Mark spent so much time with me, after the repair, explaining why they wore so quickly. It was because I wasn't braking correctly! Now I try to pay more attention to this! Another time my husband gave me a coupon he had for a special they were running for an oil change, which is what I was bringing my car in for. I usually speak with Stephanie, in customer service, at the front desk. She is the nicest person and the epitome of what customer service should be. She goes out of her way to accomodate you and is extremely efficient! This particular day though, I dealt with Aggie, part owner of Pinky's. The coupon was for part synthetic oil but my car took full synthetic oil so Aggie told me the cost beforehand, which wasn't really much more anyway! Another time, my tire had a slow leak because I ran over a nail. My tire was patched and a year later it's still fine. My daughter has a 2013 Hyundai which has needed a lot of work over the past year. Mark diagnosed everything accurately and made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price with a long term warranty! I also have to comment on the waiting area and bathroom as I'm one to pay attention to detail. The waiting area is clean and tidy with a TV and snack machine so it's very comfortable should you choose to wait for your car. The bathroom is also very clean and tidy and.... there's PINK toilet paper!!! That's just awesome!! If you are looking for a great and honest Mechanic, your search stops here!
