OK, while you're here. Hard sale, in my opinion, their product is dated looking and it looks and feels cheap in my opinion. Then they proceeded to push me on new windows which had been replaced two years before and they trashed the Milgard quality even though it was top-of-the-line Milgard windows then said let's look at your roof and said oh you have major problems. I thought I was going to have to literally put them in a headlock to get them out of the house after the fourth time of saying I'm not interested. I need to get ready for a meeting. Thank you for your time. I said you need to leave! I still had to lead them out. They brought up Jacuzzi and slammed them for poor workmanship and poor Google reviews. Obviously they have not looked at their own reviews. This was very disappointing. I have one hall bathroom left to fully renovate the house and was hoping these guys would have a great solution. Luckily it turned out that the cause of my leak wasn't a leaking roof but actually caused by a build up of leaves and tree debris causing water to be backlogged and forced up under my shingles. They informed me of this and saved me from having to do anything besides jumping on my roof and clearing it all away. After a few hours of clearing everything, it was good as new and now I know not to allow this debris to sit on my roof during rainy season. The crew finished the job in less than a day and did a very thorough clean-up when they were done. There wasn't a speck of moss left on the roof. They didn't lay the plywood in the correct direction. Everything out of square. Beams crooked as a dogs back legs. Facia boards are an inch and a half off. Didn't nail plywood down correctly. Nails here and there. Didn't put braces on beams to rafters in all areas. Scary! They work a few hours here and there. Truck brakes went out and took two weeks to fix. We over paid him and he still wanted more money! Total rip off. Thankfully the Company who laid the shingles down did an awesome job. They helped fix some of the mess Jacob did. There were constant "change orders" for things like an additional $2,600 for touch up paint on trim and other things that should have simply been part of the contract. Our $73,600 contract ballooned into a $93,200 contract with no significant changes made to the work.  It took them 7 months to remodel a bathroom, paint, install laminate floors and they still weren't done when we finally asked them to just not come back due to workers never showing up. They have no secretary and try to manage everything through an app that does not work. Payments through the app didn't go through so we had to just send a check that the company could not or would not keep track of. There is no way to directly contact Ryon. All you can do is text and he will say "I'll look into that" and then you will never hear back. He literally said "I will get back to you ASAP" over a month ago now. They left a ton of trash from the remodel on the side of our house. We had to clean up after them at the end of the job. And then there was just weird stuff... like they painted the walls in semi gloss, they would just leave doors open--not just unlocked--open when they left for the night. Our plumbing started leaking and pooling in the basement near the shutoff valve they were using and they never told us.... Altogether it was just a legendary bad experience.
