Luckily it turned out that the cause of my leak wasn't a leaking roof but actually caused by a build up of leaves and tree debris causing water to be backlogged and forced up under my shingles. They informed me of this and saved me from having to do anything besides jumping on my roof and clearing it all away. After a few hours of clearing everything, it was good as new and now I know not to allow this debris to sit on my roof during rainy season. The crew finished the job in less than a day and did a very thorough clean-up when they were done. There wasn't a speck of moss left on the roof. The fact that the moss treatment solution they use is non-toxic is a plus; it smells like a witch's brew, but that wears off in a few hours. Also, please note that they use a completely non-toxic solution unlike several other places I called. I have copper gutters and all conventional moss killers make "pinholes" in copper. The crew was delightful, respectful and they cleaned up very thoroughly. They have to pressure wash the entire roof as I have some kind of concrete tile roofing system. We hired Home Pros do do a complete home remodel. The quality of the workmanship was poor. No clean…read moreup was done, they did not take proper steps to protect our appliances while painting, they improperly installed a broken walk-in shower. Which we had to replace. When the shower was torn out it the panels were "glued" in with caulk. The grout work was crap. Brand new cabinets with sander marks, loose hinges, trim with saw gouges, leaking sinks, no paint prep done, and just painted around some of the light fixtures, pockets in the LVP where they didnt use leveler. Tub surround not flush, so we had to fill the gaps with silicone so it didnt leak. They installed new exhaust fans in the bathrooms and cut the hole too big so there is a gap. Just all around poor quality work. When we brought things to their attention, the reaction was that we were inconveniencing them. When they did come back and fix concerns we addressed they made it worse. We have been fixing thier poor workmanship since April, and hired a different company to replace the shower.
