So, when I reached out to Hawaii Disability Legal Services for assistance with my claim, I was less optimistic that they could or would help me but from day one they were very attentive and active with my claim. They stayed in contact with me and provided me with updates on the status of my claim over the years. I was discouraged, again, after being denied, again but I was encouraged to trust the process and not give up hope. They appealed the decision and requested that I submit some relevant information regarding my treatment and providers. I was scheduled to have a hearing several months later and they were in contact with me throughout the process. TLDR Diane and her team fought like hell and helped me get approved.
