In all my seventy-eight years, I don't believe anyone has ever spoken to me the way he did. I called to ask if he would be able to repair my machine if my local dealer could not. He proceeded to tell me how "silly" (his words) I was for asking him that. I was confused. He wouldn't allow me to explain anything. He talked over me, eventually telling me to take my machine elsewhere, and hung up on me. I had never said an unkind word to him! I sat there stunned. This man is in serious need of counseling. Judging from Moye's reviews, I see that I am not the only person who has been on the receiving end of his nasty temper. I am related to a retired sewing machine repairman who told me that if someone made him mad, he would deliberately damage a customer's machine. I don't know if Moye would do that or not, but I certainly would not trust him. And you people who paid for repairs and received non-functioning machines, three words for you: Better Business Bureau. Moye is not an associate but according to Google, BBB will still accept feedback. It's free and easy to file online. Takes about 3 minutes. Also, small claims court is available.

The top of the nightstand had some embedded stains and an uneven surface, which Mr. Ginn had to replace but at no extra cost. The dressers were in good condition and ready for restoration. It is apparent that Mr. Ginn takes pride in this work and is attentive to detail. The furniture was the original wood grain and Mr. Ginn painted them white and I cannot see the old wood tone.
