I wish I could give a zero. Absolute worst business in Savannah. Never have I dealt with such disrespectful, and inept owners in my life. I hired them to upholster 3 chairs. I gave them renders, tech drawings, and examples of how the fabric/foam should look. They said "yes...yes...yes..." to every detail I needed. During the middle of the process, I came in to check their work. They put folds and seams all through the chairs. It looked like a botched plastic surgery victim. They went the cheapest route possible. Just wrap and tuck. I asked why was it done thIs way? I was yelled at by the incompetent old man owner. Telling me "How dare I question their methods, and f*** you, and all you f***ing SCAD students are all the same. The wife (other owner) did the same. Flat out refusing to redo the fabric, even though it was only midway through the process. They also miscalculated the fabric yardage (even though I ordered 10 YARDS EXTRA anyway!!) so the chairs had 2 different tones of color within the same chair.....and to finish me off, the old man demanded I bring cash, as my "punishment" (as he called it) for causing such a problem. They should have a reality TV show, not a real business. read more

BEWARE! NOT FOR SCAD STUDENTS! I signed up for Yelp just to write this review. To start off, as soon as I met the 2 owners (Taylor's) and they found out I was a SCAD student, all they did was complain about the other students in their past from SCAD. For twenty minutes I had to hear about how students don't know what they're doing, and how we all expect to have finished pieces look like our renders. Imagine that! Paying someone to make a design actually look like it should! I just met these people, and it was almost confrontational, as if it was already my fault. I felt they were the ones trying to convince me not to trust them. I obviously didn't use them. Save your money fellow students, tuition is high enough! read more

They were wonderful. We took in a boat cushion cover with a broken zipper that needed repair. Instead of replacing the whole zipper, they just replaced the pull which had broken off and didn't charge us anything - while we waited - less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend them and will use them for any further upholstery jobs! read more

Taylor's added additional cushioning to my leather sofa. The sofa had to be disassembled to add foam to the seating cushions so this was a big, expensive job. They picked up my sofa on schedule and returned it to me is less time than estimated. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. I was very pleased with all levels of their service. They were especially good about letting me know what was going on and when they would arrive for pickup and delivery. read more
