Unfortunately, the moving company that I had scheduled to come the day I arrived to help unpack my shipping container into my apartment decided to be a no-show at their scheduled time. Knowing that most moving companies were booked days to weeks out, I decided to take a wild chance on WeHaul Moving Services who, at the time of this writing, had no reviews and had only just recently posted this business on Yelp. I can't begin to explain how great a choice that was! Initially, the owner Cyril was going to come out just to take a look and make an estimate about the cost to move my furniture. When he got here to take a look, he said he had time available today to move it all. Yes, please! Along with his nephew Aaron, we were able to empty out my 16' shipping container (one bedroom apartment full of stuff) in a little over an hour. Super fast, efficient, and at a more than affordable price! Thank you guys for helping me in a pinch! Highly recommended! If you need help moving, give them a shot and be pleasantly surprised like me.

I should have known something was wrong when I realized a confirmation email was never sent, which I requested. The operator curiously asked me why I would need a confirmation email, but nonetheless assured me one would be sent. It never was. Yesterday, I receive a phone call from Rollins, four days prior to my move. A voicemail was left to call them back. Despite the obvious urgency of this phone call, which at the time I was unaware of, the voicemail did NOT inform me that they would no longer be able to move me. Rollins called me again today to deliver this abysmal news. No compensation for the severe inconvenience was offered. "Sorry" does not amend this situation in the least. Luckily, I found another mover, but for $300 more and one day after the date I intended to move, thus further exacerbating an already stressful situation. Avoid these flakes. Shame on them.

He started a fence/deck job for us in April of 2025, asked for a significantly large deposit for…read morematerials and since it was a large build, I understood. They started on the fence and got not even 1/8th of it completed which took MONTHS. Additional months went by and they were very seldomly at our home to work on the projects. He got a little bit more done, and again, asked for another payment that was not listed in the series of payments within the contract we signed. We agreed anyway as he said he was going through some personal things and we were empathetic. We did this a few more times, and after each payment work would basically cease and we wouldn't hear from Zack for weeks, months sometimes, it became very concerning. We would reach out to him and it would take a few times (sometimes days/weeks) before we would hear back, only after we were obviously annoyed and/or angry at the lack of communication and untimeliness of work. We had a couple parties/family get togethers that we wanted the work completed by and he would promise us each time that it would be done for each event. However; it never was. Had we not been very understanding and patient people, we could have escalated the matter but we decided to be patient and understand everyone goes through things. After it was all said and done, our deck and fence were completed almost a year after it was started, with the estimate being within a month. He was hard to reach, except if he was requesting payment and then he wanted it right then. Work was never consistent, his help varied and seemed to have a lot of guys who would start and then be gone within a couple weeks. One of the crew guys told us he wasn't getting paid so he would only spend a couple hours working and then leave. Zack was hardly ever at our home working, always other workers. How it was possible his employee wasn't being compensated was astounding, given the fact we had recently submitted a large payment to Zach. Additionally, each time he asked for payment it was an array of different methods and that was worrisome. We did Venmo a couple times, but to different individuals each time. Nothing about the experience was consistent or felt comfortable. I would not recommend them, I would even warn others from hiring them for any type of work.

I was wanting to give them to my daughter once she got older. They also broke a tv. They claimed I had roaches and were in a rush to get done which was their excuse to leave so abruptly. Btw my landlord owns a pest control company and I did NOT have roaches. Never have in my life! It was just a lie so they could leave and take a crap ton of my stuff with them. So many special memories and things in those boxes. It's truly heartbreaking. I paid $1000 to get robbed, lied to and have my tv broken.

Two guys and they unpacked almost 8,000lbs of household goods in just over 3 hours. They made calls to be able to update me on missing/damaged items from the original packers.
