I have never met a groomer like Len who was able to demat the cat completely (I have a super matted long hair Persian cat) without having to give him a lion cut, and finish wash and dry all within 1 hour!!! I can't believe it's only $50 also... In the past, I always get charged $150+ and they take 3 hours - they always end up giving him an ugly lion cut. I even had places (Petco of course) that hurt him when trying to demat - the razor cut into my cat's skin! Len truly BLEW MY MIND!!! I didn't even know this can be so easy and well done given all the poor previous experience and limited grooming options for cats. I would drive hours to come to Len just for this excellent service!!! Here's my cat happy and chilling in the car right after the groom... He is finally now fluffy and clean again!!! :D

Claudia asked very important and probing questions to ensure she knew if any special accommodations were needed for Sarge given he is a senior dog. I was very impressed and thankful she took the time to ask. I can definitely tell Claudia and her team have experience with dogs of all types based on the others dogs I saw come in for appointments and can confirm she did an outstanding job with a stubborn old mama's boy of a German shepherd! After having issues with Petsmart grooming, I tried Auntie's Pet Spa in Albion (next to the post…read moreoffice) today during my lunch break to trim Riley's nails. Riley played the role of 'snippy little terrier'. The groomer came out to the waiting room to do them there first, but we quickly decided it was better up on a table. We did have to muzzle her. They let me put the muzzle on Riley, which was totally drama free. SO simple and easy and once it was on, they tightened it properly, got her up on the table, and literally a minute later, all her nails were cut AND dremeled! She was totally cool once up on the table. They did a wonderful job and gave her a 'pup cup' afterwards, which I had the groomer give to her, which she devoured. $15, walk in (nails only!!). The place was nice and open, it was clean, they absolutely had Riley's best interest in mind. 5 stars, two thumbs up! We'll be back in a month for sure! Parking is normally behind the building, but School St is being ripped up right now (10/25), so maybe call to ask for the best place to park? I parked at Albion park and walked down.

I count myself privileged to have witnessed the 100th year anniversary version of the fluff festival, because clearly that's a momentous occasion for the fluff fanatics out there.
