When I tried to explain the situation, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, making the whole experience worse. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Well you know how the rest of that story goes. I ended up getting in touch with Misfit Performance (after several calls to other roadside assistance companies). We can start with the fact that he answered the phone. He provided excellent customer service! He communicated well and helped to remove some of my anxiety.
