We chose a waffle bar, sausages, hashbrowns and a fruit salad. The staff was so kind and came right in time to set everything up. They served about 40 of our guests, and the food was all delicious!! They took out trash for us from time to time and cleared dirty plates. We had a birthday cake which they kindly cut for us even though I did not purchase it from the company. (We have had their cupcakes and peanut butter pie for our wedding a few years ago and they both were delicious!!) We had such a wonderful experience with them and were able to relax and enjoy our daughter's birthday with family and friends. We will be returning customers for other parties in the future!

Her staff is well-trained, efficient and polite. The food she creates at such a large scale is excellent - one of the best meals I ever had was at a wedding she catered and those of you who have eaten wedding food know how hard this is. Those who have worked with her directly either for their weddings, or corporate events can't say enough about how nice, responsive and flexible she is. Even though I am a Louis Prima fan (sorry for the obscure reference) the bone to meat ratio just doesn't make up for the higher fat content. At least for me. This guys ribs changed that. To that end, if you have a problem with either Dan or his staff, I would have to say that the problem is most likely with you. They couldn't be nicer, more courteous and helpful.
