I have been coming to Dr. Ma for about a year now and I have decided to review the treatment now that I've seen a trend. I came because I was having back pain, then I was rear ended, and then upper back pain from typing and sitting down all day. She has really guided me to treat myself better while at work by standing and walking every so often. She gives me valuable tips even like how to get up while laying down. One of my favorite things to do is to get an adjustment after finals. The service here is always friendly and I always have a positive experience. I had neck pain from a cumulative stress disorder from work activities. I found Dr. Ma through a search and comparison of most convenient locations, educational background and professional credentials. She was very conservative at first in her approach because chiropractic therapy was new to me. She listened carefully to me as I described my symptoms and my responses after her care. The therapy was thorough, including a traction table, massage therapy to loosen tightness, and gradual adjustments, nothing too extreme or alarming which was important to me. I called to make an appointment and had to leave a message on their voicemail in order to do that. After getting a call back the following day, I asked what the price was for an adjustment and if they do prenatal chiropractic. The girl answering the phone didn't know the price OR if they do prenatal work, and said the Dr would call me back as soon as she was done with her patient. That was on Thursday of last week. I STILL haven't heard back from their office. I won't be going here simply because they don't know how to handle business and have no customer service. It's amazing how far a phone call back or a knowledgeable front desk receptionist would go. read more
