However she didn't do it for too long and of course it's very effective because the targeted weight of her body puts your spine back into alignment. When I politely asked why a 20% tip was required, the employee simply walked away without explaining. Tipping should be based on the customer's experience and should never feel mandatory unless it has been clearly disclosed in advance. Because of the way I was treated during checkout, I don't think I will return, despite the massage itself being decent.
