I needed a third-party (i.e. not myself or family members) translator who can translate my legal document from my country into English for the purpose of submitting it to USCIS. I know my country's language and I can perfectly translate it myself, but I needed someone else to do the job. I decided to use Day Translations as they gave me a speedy quote. I commend them for their quick responses, not only for the initial quote but throughout the project. Their communication is excellent, too. The reason why my evaluation is 3 starts instead of 4 or 5 is that the first cut of the translation was obviously a very hurried job. I had to point out 20 inaccuracies in a 2-page document. The second cut still had two points that they missed. In the third cut, which was finally OK, their "certificate of accuracy" had a typo. It was too bad as their business side was excellent.
