First order went great and plants arrived healthy. I ordered 18 little trees about two months later that were nearly dead on arrival after what appeared to be a delay in transit. Contacted Mary Beth in customer and was refunded in full. Reordered about six weeks later and received 18 beautiful, robust little arborvitaes that will grow into a nice privacy hedge (given a few years and lots of love).
