Called several times and never received a response. Someone did answer the phone once and told me how busy they were. Two months passed and never received a call back or response to the email on the estimate sent to me. If they are too busy to respond to questions on a quote, question if they could find the time to do the work. Disappointed because had heard great things about Jack Abell Inc. Dylan was very knowledgeable and seemed like we would receive quality work.

Matt was always quick to respond to my many questions (and changes!) and made the whole process so much less stressful. Brian, our foreman, was truly amazing. Since we live three hours away, we had to put a lot of trust in him--and he completely delivered. He sent us updates and photos every night and kept in constant communication with us. He was patient when we needed time to make decisions and always gave helpful, honest advice when we needed it. He's incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of home renovation and we felt like he was always keeping our best interests at heart throughout the renovation. He really went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. At our final walkthrough, he had already caught and planned to address things we hadn't even noticed. Jeremy also did an incredible job with the kitchen tilework (among many other things)--it turned out beautifully. He was always helpful and stepped in anytime Brian wasn't available, which we really appreciated. Overall, MAST was a dream to work with. Our project grew bigger as time progressed because I trusted them and we ended up adding a new roof and roof design too. Keith was honest in saying the work wouldn't start for months but living in the "slower, lower" peninsula here, it was not unexpected. The project did take a little longer to complete than we expected, but we had 2 project managers leave Clarksville during our project. However, Keith and Andrew Heath stepped up their game to fill in. Their field technicians like Keith Lockerman and Donnie, were a pleasure to work with and their experience led to some ideas we hadn't considered when particulars to the project came up. Clarksville also chose some good subcontractors! The man who put on our new metal roof was a skilled craftsman. We get many compliments on it from the neighbors. She listened attentively, gave suggestions , took measurements and told me, "give me a week." A week went by, then two with two attempts to see where we stood with our project. Brian and crew replaced the floor with hardwood, repaired and painted every wall, reworked the electrical system, and found and repaired some subfloor damage not noted in the inspection.
