The service was for our vacation home so my husband had to arrange his schedule specifically to be up there for the scheduled appointment. We booked the service date 1 month in advance. My husband confirmed a week ahead of time and confirmed again the day prior. No show. Our theory is that the contractor gets tired in between jobs. Whatever, bottom line: Only use if you are extremely flexible, patient and possibly indifferent as to whether your VERY dead trees actually ever get removed.
