Today we stopped into this new "Sam's Furniture Outlet" on HWY 412 in Siloam Springs. We have been…read morelooking for 2 new Recliners for our 5th Wheel and we ended up finding & buying them here. Sam's Outlet had a nice selection to choose from. There's a little bit of everything here. We found their prices were comparable to buying furniture at Costco & Sam's club. We feel we got name brand good quality recliners at a great price. Excellent value for our money. As we walked into the store we were greeted by Timothy who had a smile and friendly disposition. I informed Timothy that we were looking for a specific size, color of leathers & function of recliners for our 5th Wheel and asked if he could help us find what we were wanting. Timothy was very patient with us while we sat in each recliner. Buying furniture is like buying clothes & shoes, it has to fit, be comfy cozy and look great, lol. We narrowed down our choice to one style but two colors. Deadlock, lol. After discussing which color would work best, we decided to go home and get fabric swatches & floor sample to place next to both chairs and we told Timothy we be back. 30 minutes later we were back at the store with our color swatches and made our decision. So we bought two beautiful genuine leather, comfy cozy recliners at a smokin price! Can't wait to go travel in the 5th Wheel and relax in those recliners after a wonderful day of exploring our country. BRAVO to Timothy and the cashier for excellent customer service!!
