I was surprised to find such a great array of beautiful stores and restaurants. I loved that it is an outdoor mall. All the stores open to the small streets, so that you could park right in front of each place. The architecture, layout, and landscaping are all very well-done. There were many nice shops including Lululemon, Athleta, Havertys Furniture, in addition to a great array of restaurants including Local Lime and PF Changs.

The variety is much better than what you find in a department store that only sells Carter's and whatever else. More colors, styles, etc. We have never sold anything here so we cannot speak to that side of the store but I think some of the other reviews for this store are unwarranted. This place is clean and has good selection at amazingly cheap prices.

Of all the consignment and resale store I have been to, this has never happened, especially with 100+ items! I asked why she did not take any and she said they only want Nike and similar brands for shoes, and that was her only explanation for anything. I feel like this was a complete waste of a drive from Fayetteville and all my time. I won't be back for resale again, and I don't recommend if they are that picky and don't even tell you why. HOWEVER, the store was quite large and had a large selection of kids' clothes and just about anything else for babies and kids. There are some items that seem high but I am sure the owners of each booth pick their prices vs the owner of the store. You could spend a long time in the store it is very large. Today, my mom and I shopped here, we were the only customers in the whole store and no one helped us. At one time my mom was trying on one of the sample shoes and a red head girl asked, "those don't fit?" My mom responded, "unfortunately no." And the sales girl replied, "aw that's too bad." Do I need to say more? What a perfect opportunity for her to say, "oh well let me grab one in your size!" And that's even just the basics. There was about 4 employees in the store who could have easily made a sale from us. We looked at everything. We were ready to buy more than just the $18 sunglasses we got. But our interests soon expired since their interest in us didn't seem exist in the first place. Mason, I'm disappointed. I encourage the management to take a higher interest in the customer service of their employees. Customers need to feel not only welcomed, but wanted.

Since I'm a bit far to drive up just for a shopping spree, I emailed the company to inquire about the necklace. Liz emailed me back immediately to describe the situation: they were out of stock, but would try to see about getting the necklaces from another source for me. Not even a week later, she emailed again to let me know about new stock that had arrived, even sending pictures along. I asked her to set aside one in Teal and one in Salmon. She replied, asking me to call Cassandra at Masons' mall location, who would ship them out to me the same day so I wouldn't have to wait over the weekend. And when they arrived? They were paired with beautiful earrings that I wasn't expecting and even a personalized thank you note from Liz just for shopping with Masons. I love it! Extremely delightful people to work with and I'm so happy with both necklaces and earring sets. If I'm ever in the area, I'm definitely stopping to shop with them again!
