I felt very well taken care of. He and his hygienist were kind and listened to me. The first thing he said to me was "Tell me about your teeth". He is a caring dentist. After getting nowhere with email correspondence, I finally decided to call them. I explained to them that the x-rays were taken before we started taking digital x-rays and told the girl I was talking to that I'd be happy to send them if they could duplicate them at their office and return the originals that would be appreciated. The girl I was talking to at that time didn't even know what an x-ray dupe machine was. During the course of just a couple months, I got 5 fax requests and each time I called the office to clarify why I was getting the fax request yet again after speaking to someone.I was then told that if I gave them the dates of when previous work was done, then that's all they would need, but when I called yet again, they didn't even have those dates charted. This office seems very unorganized to me.
