So this is the update. It wasn't the right location for me. Whitney is who I had the horrible experience with an ultimately why I left the practice. Havent been cleaned in over a year then they wanna make you feel bad about it when you do finally get cleaned.. I have great dental insurance and yet each time i pay my coinsurance after my procedures and they bill me more anyway.... done with them and changing to aspen dental.

First, when we scheduled our family appointments Dr. Kipling was booked out 3 months. After we had our appointment 3-months later, we were informed that her office stopped carrying our insurance and we were stuck with the vast majority of the bill. She and her staff failed to tell us this upon checkin and then proceeded with exams and cleaning for three family members. At best, her staff was negligent in running the standard checks when we arrived for our appointment. Their subsequent unwillingness to help sort things out with the insurance was unacceptable. Secondly, she conducted an oral exam on my 2-year old, who was scared and crying. Dr. Kipling looked in her mouth for about 3 seconds and billed my insurance and I the standard child-exam fee. This, I feel, was completely dishonest on her behalf as she had no business charging my insurance and me for this "exam." I've obviously switched dentists and would not recommend using Dr. Kipling or her office.
