That did not happen and I only had 10 minutes to leave work and get home to meet the company's representative "Vince". It turned out that the overhead garage door opener could not be repaired and no parts were installed. I was presented with a bill that was outrageous. A service call plus labour!!! I was told on site that this company adds a surcharge of 4% if you pay with a credit card. No one told me this or I would have brought my check book. This company does business in a very unethical manner and lost out on a job to replace the doors, hardware and everything else on our 4-car garage plus a 6-car out building. Please continue these deceptive practices so that customers go elsewhere.

As the buyer, I continued to work around the malfunctioning lock for over a month before finally contracting a "real" locksmith to look at it. Bobby worked until he found the damage and made the repairs in a way that the structure is better now than the original build!
