Kelly was "too busy" attending a window show, Drake would call me back within a week to discuss the repair plan. Nobody did what they said. I was willing to pay them for reinstallation to resolve the problem. I didn't want something for nothing. The condo sold for $40,000 less than the marked price. I called and at first I asked for storm shutters, however, the man I spoke with thought a high impact window would serve my needs better. Measurements were taken, the permits obtained and the window ordered with an estimate of 2 months, or possibly more, to get the project done. I am so happy to report that exactly 2 months later Jeff and Jay showed up and it was a real pleasure working with them. The installation took less than a day and because I named my new quiet/safe room "Heaven," you can guess I am very delighted with the outcome.
