Moreover the weather that day was very windy and rainy and it wouldn't have worked anyway. We contacted the guy and explained the situation and he said no refunds under any circumstances. He said the only thing we can do is reschedule. How can we reschedule when we don't live in Florida? He never even stated any terms and conditions, we never signed any contract. This is shady business practice and even airlines are not as stubborn and you can work it out with them, but not this guy. He basically stole $175 because he wants to make his money no matter what. This is the difference between a good business and a terrible one. I would avoid him at all cost as you have no rights.

Of the photographers listed on my search, I liked Julia's portfolio the best and reached out to her to see if she could accommodate me. I had a tight deadline and Julia was extremely flexible and accommodating on scheduling the shoot for the next day. Julia chose a wonderful location to have the photoshoot and was extremely patient in directing me to pose to get the perfect shot. Julia was able to quickly finish the post-processing so I was able to meet our deadline. Overall, Julia was very professional, had great communication, and was extremely skilled. Upon making the appointment and when arriving for the appointment, no one shared that it would take 3 weeks from the date of the appointment to receive the image included in the package -- long time for a simple picture but ok. After calling almost a week later, I learned this information. At my appointment, the hair dresser was a nice, welcoming and understood the haircut style but it turned out to be shorter than just a trim which is what I asked for. But it's okay, hair grows back and my son's hair needed a cut -- no big deal. I like that kids are entertained with TV/cartoons playing at each chair.
