I called B.C. and the agent there called this billing place and had her tell me directly over the phone that i owed nothing. That did not stop the ongoing statements to be sent. If this had been some older folks they'd likely pay it and never get their money back. Unfortunately, we now live in a climate where we have to question everything. I called my dermatologist and told them i no longer can be their client due to their choices in labs they use and their 3rd party billing.
