The customer service person - Jessica Mackenzie - is dismissive and unhelpful. Didn't believe me when I told her the crew blew off my driveway, and was less than apologetic when I sent photo proof that my driveway WAS still a mess. Basically just brushed me off and didn't even say sorry that no one delivered the services I am paying for. Would not recommend unless you feel like throwing money away just to end up shoveling your own driveway anyway.
