Do not use this snow removal company. They take advantage of their clients - especially renters who are middle men between their landlord and Northwind. They will continue collecting money from your landlord and mark off that your driveway was clear even though they did not touch it. The customer service person - Jessica Mackenzie - is dismissive and unhelpful. Didn't believe me when I told her the crew blew off my driveway, and was less than apologetic when I sent photo proof that my driveway WAS still a mess. Basically just brushed me off and didn't even say sorry that no one delivered the services I am paying for. Would not recommend unless you feel like throwing money away just to end up shoveling your own driveway anyway. read more
