All I need from hertz is a letter stating that my car was returned with no issue. They also won't do that! I was told it is impossible to get that letter written. I have begged and pleaded with them in person 4 times , over the phone almost everyday and called there customer service where I was pretty much told to get fucked. So now I have numerous over draft fees and I can't put any money in my account to pay my bills ... @Hertz #ihateyou

The rental process was effortless for me and once my car was fixed, I simply left the rental at the body shop as per agreed with the Hertz rep. The car was great on gas mileage and that was important since I needed it for almost 3 weeks and commute to work about 64 miles one way. The whole process could not have been easier.

Again, ~$125 for only a few hours use. They NEED to make hourly rentals available. However they came through when no other company would let us rent and drop off in a different location. Round trip? Don't come here. 1 way trip? Come here, only if enterprise isn't offering it. Friendly & quick staff. Car was clean.

I had the most heartening experience at this agency yesterday…read more I was looking for an address nearby to pick up my grandson at his school bus. My gps was not showing a map in the cloudy, rainy weather and I could only remember some landmarks during my arrival by taxi the previous night. Also, I couldn't find the high beam on the rental car. Initially, I went to the gas station on the corner. They're supposed to help travellers in distress, right? They heard my problems and sent me across the street because "there was a car rental agency there which could help me" ( not mine as it happened this time). So I walked in for help at Hertz. Trevor at the front desk, greeted me pleasantly and asked how he could help. He recognized the street name I wanted; pulled out his cell phone to confirm directions ( 2 minutes from there if you knew the way). Then he put on his cap and walked over in the rain with me to my car, parked literally by the front door of the gas station, and showed me where to turn on the car lights. Before he left me he reviewed my route and reminded me that we had just over-ridden the automatic lights. I would have to switch back when I arrived. It was a perfectly competent, helpful and generous effort. This Hertz agency defines a good neighbor. I am happy for the people who live here. I got to my grandson's bus on time.
