He said that normally they have a minimum charge per hour, but he would do it himself, and quoted me a very reasonable price (giving me a considerable break)! Ten minute later, he was over, scaled my tree, then started limbing it, to ensure that other shrubury in the immediate vicinity, would not be harmed. It turned out to be a much larger job than originally estimated, but he stuck to the price quoted, with awesome results, including pickup and grinding of all branches and the huge tree stub portion.
