They also replaced the wire run for the stove as mice at one time had been chewing on the wire. The work was completed on time and on budget. Competent, knowledgeable, and friendly professionals. I had 5 additional quotes done before choosing Tracer to do the work. They weren't the cheapest (but FAR from the most expensive). I chose tracer because they showed up exactly when they said they would, the written quote was sent to me right away, and they responded quickly to any question I had. We booked for a Tuesday. We're just outside Kamloops. We were told to expect technician around…read more9:30. My Dr.s' apt wasn't until 1pm so lots of time. We called at 10am and we're told we'd get a call back. Nope. Called at 12 same. Called at 12:30; I have now missed the leaving time of my apt. At 1 I was told she'd contact the service mngr. 1:10, I called again. The SM finally calls me back at 1:20 to tell me the apt never made it to booking, no one is coming. Why am I only finding out now!? SM "I don't know " How were we given a time without a booking!? SM "I don't know ". That doesn't even begin to answer why only the service manager can figure this out or that he leaves the office with no one else able to field his calls Terrible service! Absolutely reprehensible. I took me 6 months to arrange that dr.s apt!
